Enoch sees God weeping.

Enoch has just watched God move mountains at his word and seen entire armies flee before him. And now he watches tears run down God’s face in abundance. He is astonished enough to stop the vision with a question:

How is it that thou canst weep?

The answer God gives reshapes everything a reader might assume about divine perfection, divine power, and what it means for God to be God.
