Twenty-plus psalms is too much for twenty minutes. Here are three lessons, each built on one passage. Pick the one that fits your class, and make it your own.

Each lesson runs about twenty minutes: a 90-second Hook, a 3-minute Anchor, 12 minutes of Work, a 2-minute Turn, a 90-second Sending

Lesson A — The Covenant Frame

Anchor verse: “The LORD is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy” (Psalm 103:8).

Hook

  • Open with a question: “When was the last time you forgot what the Lord has already done for you?”

  • Give people ten seconds to consider it.

  • Then read Psalm 103:2 aloud: “Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits.”
